Great Barrier Reef Masters Over 35 Soccer Tour 8th-11th August 2013, Sign Up Now!

The Over 35 Soccer Club intends to send teams to represent our Club to the inaugural Great Barrier Reef Masters being held in Cairns this year from the 8th to the 11th August (www.gbrmg.com.au) .

 

We are pleased to say that Craig Moore (plus other possible 'names') will be there to represent the Over 35 Soccer Club and we would like to see as many members as possible join us for this great tour.

 

As a Club we have arranged the following

 

  • A Group Booking with Virgin Australia at a cost of $315 return (with luggage allowance). Flight Leaves from Brisbane at 6.40am on Thursday 8th August and returns at 9.50pm on August 11th
  • A group rate at a Cairns 4* Hotel for 3 nights inc Breakfast $195 for 3 nights twin share or $345 for 3 nights single
  • Transfers and transportation in Cairns provided FREE by East Coast Car Rentals
  • Football Kit FREE provided by Sponsors
  • Entry Fee for Masters Games usually $110 will be paid for by the Over 35 Soccer Club (terms and conditions apply)

 

So the total cost for all of the above will be $510 if you share a room and $660 if you want your privacy .

 

Please note that it is possible to arrange your own transport and accommodation if that suits.

 

In order to be able to lock in these great rates we need to confirm numbers asap and you need to follow the steps below to reserve your place.

  2. Pay $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your space .

 

Initial reservations for this will close at 6pm on Friday 15th March so please go there now and book your place. Based on the number and age of the members who want to attend we will finalise the number of teams going and arrange a Team Manager for each team. YOU MUST REGISTER AND PAY TO GUARANTEE YOUR PLACE! Final payments will be due approximately 60 days before the tournament (mid June).

 

This Tour follows on from last year's End of Season Dinner as an opportunity for us to come together as a Club rather than just a collection of teams and we hope to see as many of you there as possible.
